At Ramana Maharshi's ashram, first the animals were fed. Next came the poor who lived in the surrounding area, followed by
ashram visitors, then residents and finally Ramana ate after everyone else did. Ramana's heart was a Droupadi's vessel which stopped manifesting food for the day only after all had eaten.
