The call of suffering

was greater than

the call of the

music flowing

in Borodin's soul..

he worked at a hospital

during the day..

and only composed

in his off time



yet others are grateful

than Mozart and Beethoven

.. wrote music all

the time



and then there is

Schumann.. who had

a painful explosion series

in his ears..



and afterward he said

was a secretary for

the music angels played

for years

in his ears

UNTIDY SQUIRRELS



The untidy squirrels

have strewn the forest

floor with their

halfeaten pinecone cobs

.. but Mother Nature

does not mind..

she will clear her own

table
