JUPITER SEES A STAR



The blazing sun

is not orange at dusk

save through the

eyes of our

earth dust.



nor does sun move

in the vast ocean

.. waves project

onto him

wavering motion.



It is not raining

on the sun.

It is raindrops

upon the windowpane.



The pond is not

full of blood, as

the lion thinks,

after washing

off his muzzle

from a fresh kill.



The mirror is not 2 faced..

but polyfaced, and no-faced

.. It is not hypocrisy

for the reflecting sea

to portrait paint

uniquely

each who stands before him.



The stable cleaner with

waste on his glasses

looked at the moon

and thought she was

full of horse manure.



and the man who has

drunk much alcohol

sways.. through

his eyes the room

sways..

he thinks others

are inebriated..



and the detective

saw he was defective

.. projecting his own

grid

onto the pure screen



It is thermal

waves between us

and constant stars

which make them appear

to twinkle

as semaphores

unfaithfully

sending secret messages



From earth

through a telescope

Jupiter with his moons

seems lined up in 1 row..

.. but the moons

swirl around him not

in lines but orbits..

.. nor can the devotees'

orbits around a Guru

be known





In the Cosmic Mirror

of the Poornavatar

saw himself reflected

the pornagrapher

while in the same cosmic mirror

in the Poornachandra

another was sent

into poornananda



We see everywhere what we are..

  In the mirror of the Avatar

        .. a cheater sees a liar

and Jupiter sees a star





ELEPHANT IN LILY POND



An elephant waded into

a pond covered with lotuses

.. His weight pushed them aside

and in the water

instead of gold lily stars

one saw the blazing Milky Way



On and Off"





WATER HELD THE QUILL



Faster than any stylus squiggling

Can write the sun in the water wiggling

But when the sea is perfectly still

it appears it was water which held

the quill.

INCONSTANCY IN VIEWER'S EYES



The moon through the trees winks

The rising sun is turned

semaphore by passing cars

Stars from behind clouds peep

Children ever play hide and seek



the inconstancy

projected by the viewer

















Isaiah: the lion shall lie down with the lamb . The psychiatrist gave an inkblot test to his client. Every time he showed a different shape, the client attributed sexuality to it .. finally the psychiatrist said to the man: Dear sir, I think you are sexually obsessed .. you seem to see sex everywhere. The client responded: Me! You're the one drawing the filthy pictures





JUPITER'S GOSLINGS



From earth the spherical

moons of Jupiter

seem like her goslings

all in a row



as younger souls

project limitations

onto the freedom

of masters





REFLECT PROJECT



the world

does your reality reflect



you see what you are



the world resounds to your vibration

echoes to your actions



unkindness boomerangs

kindness sparks into life

and multiplies



in a fractured mirror

the faces of all

seem

fragmented







BRIGHT SPLASH OF COLORS



Some projected that

the painter

of the bright splash

of colors...

was with rage livid..

others that his soul

with love was vivid



GOD'S DESIRE



God did desire

to play with Fire

and thus

was the world made





LOVE WROTE THE PLAY



Love wrote the play

Love produces it

directs it

Love acts every role.

SPIDER EPIPHANY



the spider followed his own

thread of illusion up the ceiling

to fight his foe.. when he

reached the top

realizing his enemy was his

own shadow.. he merged

with it and became enlightened



MIRROR DANDELIONS



The devil spawn

.. devil's pawns

cursed the woman with

dandelions

in her lawn



Golden chariots

by dawn

horses drawn

blessed the man with

dandelions in

his lawn



CLEAREST MIRRORS



It is the clearest mirrors

accused of the most sins

by the error-ridden.

It is the clearest mirrors

praised for the most virtue

by saints.



XRAY VISION



God sees the deifier

   in the defier

Michelangelo frees David

   from the stone



CLOUD CARS



Lanes of cloud cars

some passing others..

seeming more aggressive

.. held by wind currents



COMMON PARABLES



Trees with most fruit attract stones

Tallest trees draw the lightning

Holiest people magnetize the most attacks

Ram Das, guru of Anandashram in Kerala, said that good and evil are both projections of the mind. Yet he says that the good work to clothe the naked and feed the hungry. Therefore, even if evil is a projection of our minds, it is a good thing to remove it from society..







CRYING MIRROR



she came across a mirror crying

and she did ask him why..

he paused.. and then..

this was his reply:



the warrior says i'm violent

the courtesan that i'm a slut

the little boy: i'm immature

.. the overweight.. likes not my gut



UNWINKING SUN



Because of a passing cloud the

pure sun was accused of winking

..its waterweave obscured the semaphores

of fireflies

... and blocked the faithful

lighthouse beams..

.. but only for a few seconds.



WE BECOME WHAT WE FOCUS UPON



We become what we focus upon

Womanizers become women..

Peace activists become warriors

The tv anchor becomes

a forked dungtongue

Saints become GOD



MOON PITCHER'S COCONUT MILK



The full moon

poured pitcher

after pitcher

of cream colored

coconut milk

into the waiting

sea..

and the sea..

the sea

silvered it all



PROJECTING ONTO SPIRIT





A hyena laughs at himself in a mirror

A baby doe is frightened by her face in the lake

An aging man attached to his body hates the looking glass

The tiny cloud and the tree's shadows block the sun

Shards of shattered glass distort the images they reflect

while the tv camera paints fat on those it fixes

So do we all project onto GOD ourselves



SUN AND MOON ARE NOT THE SAME SIZE



The sun and moon seem same size

as they are seen through earthly eyes..

but those who from Jupiter

see the sun rise

know his is the much larger size.



As those with

Spirit's all seeing eyes

know the holy street person

that others pass by.



MORNING RAYS OF THE FAN

OF THE MORNING SUN



On earth the morning rays

of the fan of the dawning sun

seem larger than the small

ball on the horizon.

So do God's masters

to young souls seem

greater than God.
