a volunteer who used
   to help with the mail.. (we never caught
   up with the several thousand letters a week)
   came back several years later to help
   again with some very old unopened mail

   and found there a letter sent to him
   in his first stint with us.. by his
   mother.. who had passed away in the meantime
..  our lack of organization
and negligence was the
channel through which
God sent him a letter
which he now revered more
