Daylight
I watch as the sun rises over the mountains,
Crystal clear and unobstructed,
As the daylight makes the new day's run,
Twinkling above the seas,making water sparkle blue,
As the day slowly progresses,time rolls by and still it shines,
Until the sun twilight supresses,
Light is gone,the day is done.
This was especially beautiful. I was truly digging the wording that you provided here with diction such as, "Crystal clear," (also a nice alliteration), "Twinkling," "sparkle," "twilight." They all have very ethereal and surreal connotations that worked brilliantly in this peace. Rock on, sweetheart. ;)
