Music Man

Music Man

Music Man, he plays his original, poetic tunes for the silent, lonely crowd

Music Man, he sings his tales loud as if the mountaintops can hear him so proud

Music Man, he strums his vintage guitar, hits each note on key as he tap, taps two feet

Oh, Rad Music Man, he has not a care in the world when the words fit just right

This Music Man will steal you away; take you down memory lane if you dare see his very sight

I tell you, it’s true, and I never met a man so loyal, filled with peace and serenity deep within his soul

The Music Man will play for hours and one may feel that now finally they are whole

With a bang of the drum, lights, camera, action, Music Man is taking the stage so take your seat

I tell you, my friends, he is wise and clever in his beat, always, tap, taps two feet

Music Man, hopes and prays the crowd gets wild and rowdy, loud

His words are traveling and vibrating in space reaching towards the one who he shall soon meet

Music Man, you keep playing your tunes, as vibrantly and passionately just as a precious dove

In turn, Music man, your saucy, cool beats shall catch you a lady friend whose vision sees the same true and you will be in love

I enjoy your writing style

Along with this wonderful poem.  Might I also say, welcome to post poems!  I wrote something about the transcendence of music awhile ago I would like to share if you don't mind.

The timelessness of music; reminds me that thru our joy & suffering, there is a better place, once our dice is cast into the space between spaces. Whispered or bellowing. Carried on a wave, Transcending thru the ether.

Thank you again for sharing!  :)
