Mollly and Asa Quimby Hoagpen are Holy Rollers---
Bible-thumpers, pew-leapers, shouters, and doomsday bell tollers.
During each service at church, they speak in some unknown tongue:
they say this is quite involuntary---it is, rather, wrung
out of their spirits by a granted and relentless inspiration.
They speak much, also relentlessly, about hellfire and damnation;
it seasons their nearly every kind of conversation.
One sometimes wonders if they have foreknowledge, an anticipation
pf what shall be their ulrtimate and eternal destination.
