maybe we all have too many
maybe we all have too many maybe's.
maybe we waste our time becuase we think "maybe we should maybe shoould not.
maybe we all just struggle finding words to come up with other than maybe.
maybe if we quit acting on impulse maybe we will stop learning.
we are all just trying to figure out what the meaning of life is by living it each day.
maybe the meaning of life is thier really is no meaning.

It never hurts to look at
It never hurts to look at both sides of an equation. Even if it's only to be aware of the possibilities, or to alert us we are becoming a bit too over-confident. An ounce of prevention can be an amazing seed towards a budding rosebush of insight. Maybe doesn't always turn out bad.

I don't think you need maybe
I don't think you need maybe to look at all sides of a situation, I think when you are viewing sides before doing something you consider it more like 'could' or 'it is possible that' but me personally when I say maybe I am coming from a place of insecure panic and its a sign to myself to just relax and let my thoughts go. For me maybe is very clearly over thinking and over thinking NEVER goes well.

Grrrr just lost the comment rewriting now but that last one was much better! Recap: i think the line seems like its trying too hard or state the obvious. The last line you wrote hung in my head as I finished the poem anyway, if you like it like that, that's all that matters, for me it lost something from the original, Id cut it and leave the reader to mull on it, but it is stil impressive none the less! Hugss

The spiel is this. Maybe is a compound
speculation of possibilities, nebulous,
intangible, often invisibly rendered just
to not shed light anywhere.

Legends are like captions
under the action to make maybe
clearer. Like perhaps, maybe
is a directional toward what can
or might become eventuality.
.
A thought spasms when there
is dissonance or a burp
in the brain. See what you
have don to make the misunderstood
muddier? I know, it wasn't the intention
or close to the point, but see
any-way, no-thing, be-fore, some-time
and per-haps for better definition.
Maybe life IS but a dream after-all.

RWR Recommendations for Portfolio Competition
My initial responses are the same plus - demonstrates with "whore" that you are not afraid of words - the impact is solid, but profane is a valid poet posture - sometimes it has to be. If the prof is a prude, you don't need to be in that class - maybe you can teach her/him a bit about contemporary poetry :D - A (risky, but the poem just rocks)
