We have a bond that can't be broken
So strong words don't have to be spoken
Just have to keep the faith in what you know and feel
Never doubt yourself, we both know that deep down its real
Reliving memories they're so vivid and clear
Something no one can take
We're forever bound, I have pieces of you and you have pieces of me, I feel it and I know you feel it too
Holding on a fading mental picture of you soothes my heartache
We never had the pleasure of speaking face to face
Too soon, God called you back home from this earth, but a mother's love transcends all barriers, I feel you are here with me everyday, I wish we met sooner so I could've had you here, to thank you for your selfless sacrifice you made to give me a better life. Always know you'll have my missing pieces of heart and soul forever. I carry your missing pieces, with a heavy heart. I hope and pray one day we will reunite and be together and finally complete our hearts and souls and once and for all have the inner peace that has eluded us and forever bound us.
