::The River::

Down in the valley
Just past the mountains
Is a river raging
Every bend a spewing fountain

From side to shore
It rips and ravages
Rocks and boulders
Not blocking its passage

The force of gravity
And magnetic pull
Is nothing in comparison
To a bucking bull

The rush and the ripples
Swirling and sprays
Perpetual momentum
Natures law it obeys

lovely!

I love water though I don't often get quiet moments or rushing excitement alone with it on account of being too busy but I loved most of the imagery and powerful description I perhaps would have enjoying a comparison to a death roll of a more watery animal such as an alligator or crocodile, purely because it took me away from the beauty of the water to a hot desert dusty rodeo, but if this was an intentional device well then it really highlights the beauty. Well done can't wait to check in when its finished! Very promising indeed!

Thank you!!

I look foward to finishing it, hopefully soon. I guess I kinda wait till I'm at an emotional high. I seem to be half up up that mountain at the moment. Please do check back, or browse around some of my other wordscapes. =)
