She was created from a part of a soul
Broken and shattered by the hate she was shown
Created to take away all of the shame
To shelter you from all that became
From the life you were compelled to claim

I sent her out and I hope she found you
Because you need her now, more than I do
I have no worries that I'm holding onto
But I sense your pain, even though we are through

Veriah Jade, a guardian through the night
Back from the chasm of oblivion's fight
And into your heart I have sent her tonight
Because I feel it deep down, every time that you cry
And I'm sorry it was not sooner, but she should be with you now
To lift you back up when you feel you've fallen down
So take back her strength
Let her guide your way
And in your heart, she will remain
