Love is falling a sleep and dreaming of you,
Hoping everything you dream may come true.
Love is never taken for granted and so full of trust,
I wonder how many people know the difference between love and lust.
Love will not lead you astray if you hold on tight,
just put your faith in God and things are sure to be right.
Love is being understanding, patience and true,
With so many unfaithful people out here this is why I love you.
Love is the glow on your face when I look into your eyes,
So when someone tells me different I don’t listen because it’s just lies.
Love is always being by your side no matter what the situation may be,
You can always tell me anything as long as I love you and you love me.
