What have I got? Not it matters
It’s all worthless
Completely superfluous
Yet it all still gathers
What do I need? Just nutrients
Over consume
I do this before noon
The munchies, ya, they’ll do this
What do I want? Not a priority
Just love and compassion
Stable life, to live my passion
Be complete at least from the view I see
What do I have? I hold the power
To forge my fate
It’s never too late
I must start within the hour
powerful pens
what do you got? is that pencil tucked behind your ear or how you always have a pen near? where's that notebook or cell phone? the power of your words are about to build a bridge of communication. you're about to explore your emotions, essence, perceptives, ability to express yourself. that pen is more powerful than all the oral rubbage that pours out of mouths. it pours honesty from your poetic heart and you expose what ticks in the core of your being. and you ask me what you're worth? i ran out of pennies for thoughts, nickels for your narratives, dimes for your diction, dollars for your intrepatations, and checks for your what's coming next.
