where everything you think up, is exactly how it seems
reality, or false actuality
reach out and see, whats real, and whats bound to be
false, set in front of your eyeballs

lifes yours it all,
this dream, this whole thing you percieve

the seen, you are searching for
yearning more, with every second or
minute, hour, year, what do you crave
mine is to recite these words on stage
to turn the page like bob segar in the day
to rock out like the beatles in their hay
but im just a needle in the stack, who'll notice me?
how do i go on knowing that this... is a hopeless dream
ive been looking for a venue
ive been looking for a venue or poetry jam where i live but havent really found any. im hoping to go to my friends soon so i can post some tracks up on pp for you all to hear. i understand there will always be haters and that i have to deal with them, im still trying to come out of my shell tho and i have been trying for a long time. thanks for the advice ssmoothie guru!!! you always know what to say.
You should try getting
You should try getting laughed at, unbelievably nothing happens that scars you in such a way that you can't do it again, besides making people laugh is a unique gift ;) btw, any one who laughs at someone is evil or jealous of their courage... They don't figure, so don't let their opinion matter, there's people who get on and people who don't, worry about the ones that care, not the ones that don't. ;) being ashamed only holds you back, taking risks and bouncing back is what enables a charmed life! ;D HugSS
