a beat to my step is how

I walk

some people don't understand me

and always question the way

I speak

I don't know what for

because sometimes I say "doh"

instead of door

or

"stoh" instead of store

I can talk that correct English

if I want too

but I ain't gonna do it all the time

and sound like a fool

see I was raised on that 5%

when I use it I may not sound

all that intelligent (2 u)

what I say or how I say it

you may doubt

but I guarantee you my people
