This poem states, addiction clearly; but also points out some hope e.g. realizing your addictive symptoms and questioning too "Say okay and no more": this is excellent advice. Not to take the addictive drugs and no more of them. Your poem is troubling but it's enquiring also, giving hope that you'll get help maybe for your addiction.
