Ahhhhh...

if I was but the man you wanted.

Noone would bring sadness or despair to your
heart or tears to your beautiful eyes. Life
would be as it is for all of us living each
day in the grind.

Except, with me, your heart would always know
love and affection, fidelity and monogamy,
friendship and laughter, dependability and
loyalty, prayer and miracles, with loving and

strong arms to embrace you, large and supporting
hands to hold you close, and soft and inviting
lips to provide you the kisses you so very much
need to fulfill the longing heart that has been

seeking to be secure and safe in a love that will
never die. I am not the most handsome nor am I an
adonis. But what I lack in the sartorial, I possess
in the intrinsic.  For I am of all things...real.

And if you ever decide you want what you have never had.

I'll be waiting.
