I looked into your eyes,

and guess what I saw,

the center of your soul,

like a diamond without flaws.



I gazed into your soul,

through those beckoning eyes,

without the benefit of shades,

was almost blinded by,



your inner beauty`s aura,

your confidence that shines,

the burning sincerity,

from a heart that resides,



at the core of your beauty,

at the center of your "Me",

the nucleus of your atom,

resplendent for all to see.



Your soul set to blazing,

like the heat of a thousand Suns,

yet your cool touch and comfort,

is like peace when the day is done.



I saw your well and your center,

and the love for a child,

that speaks of your kindness,

and always makes you smile.



It was then that I realized,

a wonderful thing,

when I see you this clearly,

my heart starts to sing,



there`s a smile on my face,

and I`m happier too.

Because my soul shines its brightest,

when I`m closest to you.
