And so I'm saying goodbye for now
But I hope it's not for good
It's now time for us to part ways
Like I never thought we would
There are two long, winding paths here
One for each of us
So please tell me which one you'll take
Because these paths will never cross
The farther that I am from you
The better this will be
We need to spend some time apart
Please stay away from me
You must know how much this hurts
But there was no other way
If we're truly meant to be together
Perhaps our paths will cross one day
