Gypsy Market

Folder:
Purplegreen

V--- pulls a pipe from her woven purse

and packs it fat with Purplegreen Weed

(an herb she bought the other week

from a strange travelling gypsy market

who had advised V--- to be careful,

preached purgatorial consequences

and bundled the stuff with a mantra).

V--- languidly puffs ethereal clouds.

… absolutely love this line. Your style reminds me a bit of Edgar Allan Poe. I’d love to see your take on a haunted tale.… "The Tell-Tale Heart" springs to mind. You’ve got the perfect fit for it.

Evening to Remember!

You have no idea how happy that makes me,

because I find Poe to be a most compelling and

magnificent artist, and underestimated I think.

Tell Tale Heart, House of Usher... masterpieces.
