My pony isn't educated.
He doesn't know how to obey
We tried and tried, then
finally sent him away
At pony school. he would hide
or he'd lay on the ground.
The teachers tried
everything... offerings abound.
Because of his lazy ways
We had to take him out of school
we didn't think it fair on the others
that he was breaking every rule.
Back at home he moped and lazed.
He missed that fine old school
even when the other ponies laughed
he would lay around and drool
When my dog was laid to rest
He ceased to breath, laugh and play.
It broke my heart & pony's too,
'cause we really didn't know what to say
When we went to visit him
We layed flowers on his earth'
just to show him of our love
the place of death of doggy's birth.
This same place that he lies
his wife lies silently by his side
I remember the day we lost her too
and how together we all cried
My puppy wasn't educated either
He didn't know how to obey
We tried and tried, then finally
to puppy school he went to stay
Now my pony is so lonely
He misses his doggy pal
He peers thru the window
if he was a dog he would howl
I remember puppy and Pony too
would dance and leap around
I think of the day they met each other
and the friendship they had found
they didn't need to go to school
they were able to teach each other
if it wasn't one playing pranks
it would always be the other
So I heed to my Pony's words
"I am finally learning how to take turns
and not sulk or hide around.
let us all be friends with each other
Don't lie on the ground."
