Three Sheep and a Wolf

The sheep frolic and eat

doing what all sheeps do

While being scared of the days when the wolf may come



Now the wolf waits till the perfect time

to come and eat

well not really eat just maybe a nibble

for you can not eat unless the sheep says so

for that's the way Nature has become



So the wolf comes down and a sheep is led astray

The wolf traps her and take a little nibble

The sheep is entranced by the wolf's massive bulk

and she welcomes in the wolf to eat her

all the while knowing she will regret



However that is not the point of this here poem

the point is that of the two sheep back when

They are gone together eating



But there is a secret

you see, they are both not sheep

no, one is a wolf

a wolf in sheeps clothing



Now this type of wolf is the smartest

and most dangerous

For he takes the sheep into his confidence

and waits to show his colors



The sheep loves him for she does not know the truth

and the wolf just wants to eat

The wolf asks the sheep if he can eat

and the sheep not knowing any better

allows him to have his way



Then when he is done, he shows her the truth

she crys and crys as he laughs and laughs

He puts on his clothing

and know he is ready

to go out and wait... till the day

when he will eat again
