The colors of the rainbow
what does it mean?
The beauty of the Earth
that's what it seem
The red in the rainbow
at the very top
the red in the rainbow
doesn't mean stop
The orange comes next
and wants to be seen
so it pushes on the red
and goes to the extreme
The yellow's quite different
Doesn't care where it's placed
but wants to show off
so shines up its bright face
The green is a joker
always wants to play
sometimes a little freaky
in its own way
The blue is very mellow
doesn't really relate
in its own little world
and only believes in fate
The purple's down below
and has alot of pride
does what ever it wants
has nothing to hide
The colors of the rainbow
I see them everyday
it lives with me in my house
So does this mean I'm Gay?
lovely description of the
lovely description of the rainbow, your use of words really brought it to life; I'll look more closely at a rainbow next time I see one. As to your question on sexuality, I guess a lot of differing genders are very fond of rainbows too. Liked your poem very much, a real thoughtfull poem.
