I saw Selena in person about three times when I was 10 years old. I was a big fan of her and her music. Her death was so tragic to me and many other people who knew of her and loved her. This is one of the first poems I've seen on this site about her. Thank you for dedicating this to her.

Selena meant a lot to my family & I too. Glad she touched your heart in a special way & what a beautiful tribute. I have enjoyed your poetry-I didn't get a chance to read them all, but I read quite a few and I love the raw honesty in your words.
