things I'm pretty sure of,
unattained,
seem extreme-
is life at all
even ever
the promise that it seems...
especially when
the living ends
and I fall through my dreams?
she breaks the knots,
unties my thoughts
and makes me think
I'm fixed
until the dance
untimately ends,
I remain transfixed,
stuck inside
her circus ride
of sideshow
gags and tricks.
things I'm pretty sure of,
these times
almost make sense
though as the lights
flash brighter,
what I perceive
gets dense
and I feel
soiled and saddened
by a filth that can't be cleansed.
