October 2003 Poetry Snow gently drifts to the ground,
covering nature in a beautiful blanket,
so pure and vibrant.
Every crystal shines like the sun,
and it makes me think of flowers in the springtime.
Every season has it’s mark,
and for winter I call the snow,
December’s Rose.

December's Rose.... I really like that comparison... it brings to mind the beauty of a beautiful rose in full bloom... much like the sparkling of a crisp winter snow.
