I wrote a letter to God today.

On paper I formed a new way to pray.

Forever inscribed in ink of black.

Now I'm in God's glory and never looking back.

~

I can see you want to write one too,

so here's a pen and some paper for you.

~

Sometimes the words just don't want to come out,

but God still loves you, that's no doubt.

~

Don't be afraid of what to say,

cause God will listen anyway.

~

He hears your mind, He hears your heart,

spoken or silent, close or apart.

~

Just imagine how much He really loves you,

He gave His only son for you.

~

So even if you don't know what to pray,

just sit down and write God a letter today.
