In the still of night, whispering again
Feet on the floor, shiver once more
Question yourself, you’re going insane
Everything building up inside
Like blood clotting in my veins
Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide
Screaming out loud, in blistering pain
Cry sweet little one, let it flow
Drop the bullet, let it go
Blood pusses out, dripping down
Lose everything as you fall to the ground
Cry out, she’s gone in night’s darkness
No one could have saved her now
She couldn’t get past everyday stress
When she died, she broke her vows
She’s sleeping at Jesus’ feet
But she can’t look Him in the eye
It was her mortal life the Devil beat
But her soul still did not die
She was saved all along
By the blood Christ shed for her sins
Taking her own life was wrong
But in Heaven, her new life begins ~
