I fight the silent fight and cry the silent tears laying on my back as they slide into my ears..... I want the big hug so I wrap my arms around myself tight cause noone was there to hold me or tell me it would be alright......

I know the silent fight. Been there a lot in life. Self hugs are actually quite good for us. Its important that we treat ourselves with love. Life is better when we do. This is my first read of yours. Gonna read more. :)
