Name Thy Poetess'

Shall I remain a a secret mystery

upon these pages as my tears do flow

and upon these few lines  for all to see

or write about true love which I do know?

 

Shall I stay in the dark with hidden poem plans

where I fly bye your page without a word

becoming shadow figure without fans

to figure out who I am amongst birds?

 

Full of wonder, joy, and inspiration

will my name give it any wondrous fame?

A poet with great determination,

Yes, to be known by thy given birth name.

 

So long as melodies dance with dove 

thy birth name should be displayed with pure love.

Oh, poetic, that came out very nice!! All very true, too!!

thanks bishu. I'm not that good music and don't ask me to play, but I enjoy music a lot, appreciate those who "own" it, and can write about it.
