Keep children in their
twig nests upon solid
spruce branches with wiggling
worms dangling out of
your beak for feeding
furry feathered babies squawking
soundly until you regurgitate
every last drop into
their innocent stomach becoming
fully nourished before you're
snipping their flapping wings
for preserving youth.
