The Fire Alarm
The Fire Alarm sounded at school
And everybody screamed
But alas it did die down
It was a prank it seemed.
It did catch on and everyone
All wanted a go
It sounded once and twice a day
From seats no one arose
One day a fire will arise
And quite frankly, to be frank,
Flames will lick the doors outside
A big suspected prank
Well done Terri, well-thought out and very true. It's just like the boy who cried wolf! You're absolutely right - it went off today 3 times at the least. Someday them idiots are gonna put us all in danger.
