I have a dream
Inside my head
The Sun is butter
And the Earth is bread
The trees are candy
The water’s tea
It keeps on flowing
For eternity
The plants broccoli
And the sky is meat
The shops are flowing
With your favourite treats
The buildings are chocolate
But they make me fat
Volcanoes erupt milk
Yes, we all want that!
Clouds are marshmallows
And the birds are sweets
The grass is toffee,
Your favourite eat
Candyfloss is the moon at night
And the planets are tasty too
But stars will always remain stars
Because they’re me and you.
wow. is about all i can say. wow. that is so cool and , well i just love it!
Dear Terri,
Nicely put...
Very imaginative...I like the fact that you see these things with the eyes that God gave you...and the mind to interpret it this way.
The world needs more like you.Young, sweet, and just the right amount of innocense. You are refreshing.
Your Friend,
Danniel

I have a few more on my site if you're interested.
Bravo Terri! I loved this poem, it is fantastic. I wrote onecalled A Sweet Poem and it reminded me of it. I loved your ending though, it was far better than mine.
