Eyes kissed by stardust,

A smile lit by the sun,

A heart filled with laughter,

And legs just waiting to run.



Kisses met by cooing,

Hands waiting to play baseball.

Legs so short and chubby,

Just perfect for learning to crawl.



A heart that beats so gently,

A soul so soft and kind.

A loving little baby,

The best gift that God could find.



A treasure to hold close.

An angel to rock to sleep.

A beautiful baby boy.

A precious gift that’s yours to keep.



So treat him with kindness.

Let him know you’ll always care.

And then when he needs you,

He’ll know that you’ll be there.



To comfort him when crying,

To laugh when jokes are told.

To kiss away his tears,

And give him laughter to always hold.
