Untamed Heart

I'm not born,

exactly this way.

 

I'm not torn,

I Just can't be erased.

 

I'm not forlorn,

I just won't be the same.

 

And I must warn,

because you may get maimed.

 

I might be a little crazy, but I'm not insane.

Now, that I will proclaim.

 

You know my name.

 

And you have no reason to complain.

I'm being perfectly mundane.

 

My heart is untamed.

I will always be this way.

 

Always have that inner animal.

That can be ferociously powerful.

 

I might be a little insane, but I'm not crazy.

Now, that I will proclaim.

 

You can't change a heart that is untamed.
