Thunder

Folder:
2009 Poetry

Thundering noise high in the darkness

Harboring  fears instilled eons ago.

Untimely fears hiding in our genes,

Never too deep to spring to our throats and

Dance at the base of our hearts.

Earth shaking rumbles in the air

Requiring us to catch our shallow breaths.

Wow, to have your Thunder words lined up starting every sentence, and yet not lose the thought you are creating, bravo, Phil, someday, maybe someday... how I wish.
