What a special day
For such a special someone
To whom I'd give my life for
Cherish and adore
Holding up my strings
That I may never trip nor fall
Carrying me safely
From all that is obscene to me
Celebration is just another mystery
Oh- and wouldn't it be
Such an enormous tragedy
If my beloved were
To release me
From all the binds that
Keep each other safe
Rendering me helpless
Once again
Freeing himself from many strings
That bind him to humanity
In more ways than one might care to see
I'm sure I'd die right then
The porcelain marionette
Crashing to the ground
Disheveled limbs and shattered glass
Wouldn't that be such a pity?
It wouldn't hurt too much
I can promise
My soul would stumble home
Back to the loneliness
I was so accustomed to
Pretty good stuff, dude.
