Twilight slips inside stardusted whispers
as We brush destiny in verses of promises
scribed in the breath of lip swirls
teasing each syllable with liquid love
running wild in red fire ink
undressed in our smokey timbre
of dripping wishes
We discover the flame of eternal burn
...and it is everything We never knew
baths drawn by candlelight, soaked in hunger
laying wrapped in curves of trembles
curled in the need of velvet ache
We soar in golden waves of warmth
while night arouses a french thirst of kisses
Our Taste of Heaven
as deliverance drifts into slumber
and our heartbeats slowly become one
...and I awaken
inside her eyes
as We collide
again
heart and soul
in the surge of a morning after
still writing pages brailled in cascading tinder
with words carved in embers
of "I Love You"
as Sunrise calls us home
in the book of love's sweetest surrender
