what lies to the fore

dead-end seems like it

shall I continue my tread?



the road protracts and narrows

as I near my purpose

an inertia is dissuading my feet

to recommence my gait

tired? my sole, maybe

but my soul eagerly perseveres

the other end is just a few more steps

I shall continue my tread

until I see what’s in the other end
