have you heard the scoop?

Chicago is one place where

things happen year round in the Loop

We've got our conventions

not to mention...things to see and do

There's live entertainment,movies,museums,and a zoo

We've got architecture

that'll catch your breath here

Skyscrapers galore

We've got the John Hancock and Sears Tower, need I tell you more?

We have festivals year-round

In Chicago I have found

There's never nothing to do

It's the city that works for you

Author's Notes/Comments: 

I wrote this ages ago when they had a contest for a song or poem about Chicago that I never got around to entering but here it is...better late than never I guess...
