The square root of infinity
Top hat...drowned cat...regardless of right or wrong
Steal away to the source...the energy
Spiraling,circling colors everywhere
Descending maudlin greys defending what is past and future and present
Insane bricks construct the fortress that keeps one down
Peanut butter and jelly with a side order of oatmeal please
Cross-eyed and tongue-tied...my bearings are scattered...tattered...lost
Contemporary minds should leave the corporate world behind to find their destinies
Cotton candy clouds were melted by the sun...it was sticky
Inspiration on the head of a pin...the penance is the point
Look out...the trees are talking and they're telling tales
The candlelight flickered a thought form
Manhattan melodrama...a scream in vain HELP
The sparks always fly faster by night
Author's Notes/Comments:
The second collaborative poem done with my two best friends who wish to remain anonymous...I did the first line this time so skip two lines if you wanna see the ones I actually wrote...we each wrote a line off the top of our heads and did not read what anyone else wrote, folded over the paper...you can read it forwards and backwards and it still works....the peanut butter and jelly line I did that actually popped into my head...where do thoughts come from anyways...I was like for sure this line will not work and guess what it does both forwards and backwards...too weird...but love it...by backwards I mean start with the last line and read it up like for this one
the sparks always fly faster by night
manhattan melodrama,etc...pretty cool, huh? We drank lots of coffee...beware of caffeine...creativity may flow as in this example...If you like this one check out the other two we did collaboratively...And If You Don't Believe Me and Cosmic Electric Collective Unconscious...enjoy all three forwards and backwards and please comment good or bad...
This poem is good backwards but personally I think it makes more sense when you read it forwards but like I said it is amazing how you can write so that it works both ways.
Wow, this is really good, I love the words that you use to describe things in your poems.
