Siku Found...Splashing Around

 

Glad to report I saw the bear

He was splashing around when I got there

playing with his toys making lots of noise

doing stuff a playful bear enjoys

You can just imagine my pleasure

watching the bear enjoy his leisure

wrote this on 12-2-2016 after going to Lincoln Park Zoo when they got a new polar bear a couple weeks earlier and not seeing him and writing Seeking Siku poem because I missed him...had waited around a couple of hours but missed him coming out to play...a zoo volunteer told me he liked to go out and play in his pool around 10 A.M. so this visit was timed to get there around that time and I was pleasantly surprised to find him splashing around and inspiring another poem... you can see the video on youtube here  https://youtu.be/8MfUeVpQh1c
