to mine eye's fervent mind
a racy Shakespeare lives on
between but your folded yet substantial lines
he parries his ink tapped sword
and fluidly gives descriptions
of Goddesses dujour
a tell tale catch tweaks a tiny speck
upon my heart
with such eye for the glorious
his quill scratches tart
he dances with his words
across pages like Lancelot
amid the finest romantic ballet
yet it is Galahad he truly becomes
when despondent by loves
decided decay
most poetically I admit
this mid age woman of letters
is a bit smitten by his wit
but no foolish illusions have I
'tis but a fantastical page like romance
by my eye to his pen
so thank you for all the eye candy
you've bestowed
dutiful male so very Aquarian.............
