the 'Glorious Machinations'
of our coming together
have began
obstacles removed
a cachet of moments
revealed
ousted fears
seem ancient memories
of a lower level
to the mutual past
the common place
is undeniable togetherness
feverish blending
worships our subtle language
shared
we are a woven mesh
of tender reunification
there can be no doubt to you now
as to who you are to me
in a word
my Everything.............

Well thank you both Shazi and Ssmoothie ...........
By the way Ssmoothie , I loved your pic of that saying on that coffee mug. That really made me smile. Shazi you honor me with your kind words. I had not written in a few weeks not since the Art In My Room poem so it was nice when something floated to the top of the gray matter on a whim. Soon, I suppose I'll be back in my element of writing and churn out more in depth and thoughtful works but both your comments were truly appreciated. Oh and Shazi do tell your ole buddy Sir Poet (as I love to call him) that I said hello and tease him about how so utterly jealous I am of his beloved rare woman. I so wish he would change her moniker to reloved bare woman that sounds so much funnier to me........... but he won't he is so darn stubborn on such matter. He seems so stuck on her. I think ( and have told him so) that she is nothing more than a mere figment of his fertile imagination. He hides behind her to protect himself from all us lady poetesses of some modicum of talent who fawn over his poems here on post poems. Do chide some sense into him. It's really shameless how he dotes on her ad nauseam. Plead my case winks to him. Make him see reason. A real live woman poetess like me is far superior to a immortal like figment of his imagination sort of woman like HER!!!!!!!!! I am of course teasing. I wish him all the best. Always have. I'm sure she's a peach. I love teasing him about her and bless his lovely heart, he doesn't mind so much that I do so. He takes it all in good fun and puts up with my playful bashing............ He's an all around good egg. Anyway, enough of my rambling thanks again to both you and Ssmoothie for your kind words. I always appreciate comments. Sincerely , Melissa Lundeen............
Its really lovely Mel!

"Well, it's love, but not as we know it."
Very nice
Mel, if a whim produces a poem like that I cant wait to read others. It has flow, meaning and emotions which unfortunately majority of poems on this site lack. very nice.
