the dark hold the pale
up in a strange high regard
while so many who are pale
themselves foolishly
seek out commercial means
to darken their own frames
via the tanning beds
and chemical spas
for the pale
and for the darkly obsessed
its lightening facial
creams
such crazy
'must change my features now'
endeavors
these sad sad schemes
I am immensely saddened by
such shallow themes
and cannot further comment
without my own prejudice
on their vile extremes...........
