very evolved yet solo
life
as if within the very carefully chosen pages
of a most beloved bookas soft as a shadow's first whisper
most gallantly he was sought
the highly regarded entrustable rogue
with the regal cloak of white knight
mystery flowing all about him
durably passionate for every finer pensive
thought
futuristically herculean
yet deeply droll in his Edwardian outlook
in a milder manner of speaking
the man lived his so
why, the chapters devoted to his routine day
to day alone were most extraordinary in even
their every last sedate yet minor degree
his beloved hands were bold and beautifully
made
like the finest of marbled clay
while his carefully schooled gentleman's
demeanor
spoke to one line luminous volumes of precisely
metered poetry
he was the incomparable master of his own
remarkable making
a most admirably focused soul
on a widely coveted mission of such soon
waking
I was not lucky enough to know him first for
myself
in all those gruff enchantably austere early
days
as my untrained eyes had not yet been fully
introduced to his undeniable finer points
I was I must confess impurely physical in my
initial attraction to him
you see
as I was still so terribly naive
why still even then at 23
but with his beseeching bedroom baritone and
impeccable Shakespearian wit
alas unsurprisingly
one warm, late summer's evening in a re-run
no less he quite effortlessly captured me
rather unbelievably swift
my eyes positively absorbed the verbal
uninterrupted dance of his softly spoken speech
his most magnificent essence of man. authority,
and character
so clearly blended
came through
and beckoned me in some unexplainable way to
come just a little closer
and I did
it was an unconscious sort of decision
we made such stunning dream love together
that night
the Captain and I
like the most ardent of ensnared lovers
two hungry bodies feeding the other as they
blend into one
oddly enough
I was actually able to keep all that incredible
flooding of such deeply encompassing desire
quietly to even my startled self
but so very ravenously I still craved the
wonderous mental connection
when in his time defying company
note my fascination never truly died
it merely ebbed a bit
gone too long I suppose
by being so sparsely fed
by no new nor fresh installments of his
craggy palpable masculine grace
until
eventually
I heard
that Patrick Stewart himself had moved on
to far more challenging roles
I was disappointed of course at first
but it was Jean Luc Picard alone in my mind
who could never be replaced
so I must thank you Mr. Stewart for having
shared such marvelous Picard so generously
with me for just like lovely Rick in Casablanca
you have supplied every young impressionable girl
with the chance to have an unforgettable fantasy
affair with a beautifully poetic Captain such
as he and thats no small accomplishment by any
writer's standards
I'd think why even you would agree.............
