Plato

guilt

mere paper leaves

unflattering thrust

beneath men's noses

an example of

the common mind

snickering at the idea

of genius

vivid silent images

given to fits of screamery

cathartic endeavors

clubbed by shallow quests

verses minimal pay off

soul fiction

that Freudian therapies

could only dream up

constructed for a higher position

among the perceived faux popular ranks

damnedably so inexplicable

ugly crows feet upon the face of passing time

sense lost much too swiftly on of all things

a veritable mountain

of ancient peer pressure

all hostages of wrongful moral intent

crazy in the flesh

even when seeming so sane

upon first sight

harmless jest of any form

viciously flogged into painful submission

justification

is but

some nondescript backyard dug up

for no real reason

an angry mob

rising to lob

all their own registered

whips of accusation

back upon their ancestorial

tormentors

those who accepted all that use to be

and in the closet of the closed narrow minds

of today

could very well be again

this exquisitely rampant disease

of gratuitous often violent racism

devours the youthful minds of future leaders

of tomorrow

in simpler language

hatred and cultural division

spewing from the angry but ignorant mouths of

our minus twenty something crowd

just keep in mind

greed and selfishness of every kind

eventually smacks us all right back and hard

so remain wise to the words such as

hate

discrimination

racism

and genocide

and in their place

implicate

love

peace

unity

harmony of man

all men...................
