it was

encompassing

a captivation leaning toward myth

a dash and flash encounter

vibrant terrific male

gentleman charmer

sparkling

the very wits out of a giddy  

trembling female

counterparts

balanced

upon a memorable conversation

so breezy and easy

the lightest breeze could have lifted

such a moment away

amazing

how such an exchange can be

forgetless

and lovely

entrancing and fresh

enchanting the encounterers

passed the actual moment shared

did he think of me and smile when he awoke

was his memory clear

or hopelessly blurred

a beating heart knows no pause

was a sweet happen since

yet who knows whence

oh so transparently curious

I wonder further

about the man

so tired and disheveled behind

the words and charm

I will see him again and learn

a little more

as this enchanter becomes the enchanted's

enchantress..............
