It’s funny you know, just when you thought you’ve let go

Is when you realize he has too, and then it bothers you

He’s seriously out of your life? But you can’t think twice

Cuz he’s bad for you, and you know, you’re bad for him too

But for a moment you hesitate, remember all the times that were great

Stop! Remember the times that were bad? And how u were so sad?

It hasn’t been like that since, so how much can u really miss?

You miss his hand and his touch, but that’s really not much

Why now are you scared? Think that you’re unprepared?

You were fine till you knew he was okay, why’s it gotta be that way?

Let him be, let him go, really, what are you waiting for?

Accept it, it really is done, you do know he isn’t the one

So what are these feelings for? You’re not in love with him anymore

Don’t let loneliness take hold of you, go do what you’ve gotta do

You’re feelings for him aren’t true, so why should his be for you?

That’s not fair and you know it, seriously, haven’t you outgrown this?
