When my mind goes silent
Everything gets quiet around me
It feels like I’m in a deep sleep
Watching everything as
If were dead or I have been
Sleeping for thousands of
Years, waiting for all the
Excitement to come to an end
in my mind
Com down and dance
Around and say it’s okay
Everything to be alright
I just sit in silence watching
A million things go through my
Head at once then I take a deep
Breath and breathe and say it’s okay
as if I was
Was just awoken from a deep sleep.
